Q1 2026 · January – March 2026

Q1 2026 UK Regulatory Briefing

Published 8 April 2026

A heavier quarter than Q4. The Data (Use and Access) Act regulations finally landed, the EHRC code on services took effect, and the FCA published its first non-financial misconduct rules. We refreshed 9 policies in the Standard suite and 4 in the Government suite — with one brand-new template (Non-Financial Misconduct Policy) added across all subscriptions.

Topics covered: UK GDPR & ICO · Employment law · AI Act & AI governance · Public sector · Cyber & information security

Q4 2025 · October – December 2025

Q4 2025 UK Regulatory Briefing

Published 8 January 2026

A quieter quarter for headline legislation, but two ICO enforcement actions and a Court of Appeal decision on indirect discrimination are likely to change how most UK organisations handle subject access requests, AI-assisted recruitment and hybrid working. We updated 6 policies in the Standard suite and 2 additional templates in the Government suite.

Topics covered: UK GDPR & the ICO · Employment law · AI tools & HR decisions · Public sector
