When you purchase a plan from CompanyPolicies.co.uk, generation of your personalised policy documents begins automatically as soon as payment is confirmed by Stripe. Your documents are delivered to you electronically within minutes of purchase.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. However, that right does not apply where:

Once your documents have been generated, no refund can be issued. This applies to:
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again after that point. No partial-period refund is issued for the period already paid.

If you believe there has been a technical error — for example, your documents were not generated despite a confirmed payment — please contact us at sales@companypolicies.co.uk within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate promptly and aim to respond within one business day.
CompanyPolicies.co.uk is not VAT registered. No VAT is charged on any purchase.
